A little helping hand
Help & support
Take your time. You can pause any ride, adjust the game, and come back when you're ready.
How do I jump?
Tap the play area for a normal jump. A short hold adds extra height and distance, but holding is optional. In portrait, you can also use the large jump pad.
Settings → Controls offers a Big Button and Helper Mode, which adds automatic jumps. All rides stay no-fail.
How do I choose a ride or change worlds?
Choose a ride opens the world map. Tap an open stop and watch Jaimie wheel there, then press Ride. A stop marked Next ride shows the next available main-path adventure.
Tap the large next/previous world cards, or swipe left for the next world and right for the previous world. Locked previews explain what to finish first. Settings → World map includes optional auto-move; it is off by default.
How do I mute the game?
Use the sound button on Home, during a ride, or in Pause to silence both music and effects. When muted, it shows Sound off. The world map also has a mute switch in Extras.
Settings → Sound has separate Music and Effects sliders. You can disable the sung welcome separately. Pausing a ride pauses its music too.
Can I use portrait or landscape?
In Settings, or Pause → Options, choose Auto, Portrait or Landscape. Auto follows your device; the other choices lock the layout. If Auto does not rotate, check Rotation Lock in iOS Control Centre.
How can I make things calmer or easier to see?
Settings → Comfort offers reduced flashes, calmer scenery, fewer particles, bigger letters, bigger rings and high contrast. The pacing and control choices can make the ride more comfortable too.
Family flyover style is a separate choice. Full keeps the family aerobatics; Gentle removes spins and loops. The system's Reduce Motion setting also reduces motion.
Does the Style Shop cost money?
No. Rings are earned on rides and cannot be bought. Use them to unlock outfits and decorations. There are no ads, paid currency, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Where is my progress saved?
Rides, rings, outfits and settings are saved on your device. There is no game account or in-game cross-device sync. Device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings.
Reset all progress in Settings clears your local game save. Removing the app can also remove local progress. Do not delete the app just to install an update.
The game is slow or something looks wrong
Check that you have the latest version. Try Pause → Options → Fewer particles or Calmer scenery. If the device feels hot, allow it to cool before trying again.
