Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Jaimie's Joyride is developed by Richard Ziolkowski. The game does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts, purchases, social messaging or third-party tracking SDKs.
Information stored on your device
The game stores your progress, earned rings, unlocked outfits, selections and settings locally so you can continue playing. This information is used on your device and is not sent to the developer. You can reset local game progress in Settings. Device backups are controlled by your device and Apple.
Children and families
The game uses the same no-collection design for everyone. It does not request a child's name, date of birth, contact details, location, photos, microphone access or voice recordings. The sung welcome is synthetic and generated in advance; there is no microphone use or AI service running in the game.
Optional sharing
You can choose to share a game postcard or create a silent family-flight preview video on your device. These contain the game's own artwork and animation; the game does not record the camera, microphone or other apps. Sharing opens the iOS share sheet so you can choose the destination. The developer does not receive these files unless you explicitly send one to them; the destination app's privacy terms apply.
Support messages
If you choose to email shellatlas@proton.me, your email address and the information you provide will be used to answer your request. Please send only what is needed to describe the problem. Support messages are not used for advertising.
Email is handled separately from the game by the developer's email service. You can use the same address to ask about the personal information in your correspondence or request its deletion. Do not send passwords or private medical information.
This website
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The authored pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, contact forms, embedded third-party media or site-set cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site.
The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages to deliver and secure the service. This is separate from the game, which makes no network requests. Cloudflare describes its practices in its privacy policy.
Apple services
Downloading through the App Store, using TestFlight or enabling Apple diagnostics is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices. These services are separate from the game's local save system.
Changes and contact
Updates to this policy will appear here with a new date. For privacy questions, email Richard Ziolkowski at shellatlas@proton.me. See Help & support for help with the game.
